"बेल पत्थर" or wood apple, is a typical north Indian fruit also used for worship in hindu religion, specially made by nature for extreme summers. At Tripti, finest bel is taken, pulp is extracted properly, then blended with sugar syrup. Bel is a rich source of vitamin and proteins, specially used for curing dysentery, supports in boosting immune system and preventing stomach related problems as well. Since this is made with original pulp, no colour and essence are needed to be added. Take one fourth measure of bel sherbet in a glass, mix well with cold water. Tastes joyfull if mint leaves and black salt is added. Taste the perfect blend of purity.
