About Sonal Jain (Founder)
A Commerce Graduate (from Maharani Sudarshana College Bikaner) with additional PGD in Graphics Designing (from Xansa) and Fashion Designing (from Delhi Institute of Management Studies), Sonal Jain is the Founder and Chief Architect of Swabharat Stores LLP. Prior to launching Swabharat Stores, Sonal has had ten years of work experience in the areas of teaching, fashion designing, graphic designing and marketing & communications (marcom). She was the marcom manager at Aditya Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Delhi in her last professional assignment.
Sonal manages functions related to Creative Designing, Brand Development, Corporate Communications and Customer Support. Her past experience in designing, marcom and strategic business development has proven invaluable in determining the company strategy, including setting it up from scratch. She also oversees the strategic partner tie ups that are in line with organizational values.
Sonal is an ardent cook, loves traveling and a strong believer in teachings of Jain religion. She has been a homemaker for the last 17 years and has instilled the necessary virtues of life in her two adorable kids. She is a prolific designer, writer and her articles on the IT industry have appeared in many business publications.

About Sapna Jain (Co-Founder)
With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (from Maharani Sudarshana College Bikaner), an LLB degree from the University of Meerut, an MBA in HR (from Symbiosis Pune) and Fashion Designing (from Delhi Institute of Management Studies), Sapna Jain is the co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Swabharat Stores LLP. Sapna has had fifteen years of work experience in the areas of teaching, fashion designing, HR and legal services. She has initially worked in an Apparel Designing company as a fashion design manager at Delhi. She also practised as an HR recruitment service freelancer for almost 10 years serving an IT Outsourcing company in a previous professional assignment.
Sapna manages functions related to Operations, HR, Legal, Corporate Communications and Customer Support. She also serves as the Chief Risk Officer, leading and managing the Legal, Risk and Regulatory affairs, corporate compliance and intellectual property strategy of Swabharat Stores. She advises the executive team on a variety of issues and maintains the company's relationships with external legal counsel. Her past experience in HR and Legal functions has proven invaluable in determining the company strategy, including setting it up from scratch. She also oversees the strategic partner tie ups that are in line with organizational values.
Prior to co-founding Swabharat Stores, Sapna served as counsel for 2 years with a Senior Counsel in Delhi High Court, focusing on corporate finance, securities law compliance, and general corporate counseling.
