Shipping & Return policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of orders and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online. For items which are custom made or made to order, production lead time shall be added as mentioned against respective item.
2. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 10am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to lockdown, restricted delivery zones, weather conditions and strikes.
4. As soon as your package ships out, we will email you your package tracking information.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address : If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the delivery cost to re-deliver your order to the correct/right address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.


RETURN POLICY

At Bharatstores, we work hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the scale of operations a few exceptional cases may happen. While we do our best to ensure returns and refunds are easy for you, we have certain limitations in order to meet our business and contractual obligations. Returns, refunds or cancellations may also vary from product to product or brand to brand, and in those cases it might be mentioned in the product description itself. However, if nothing is mentioned, the following policies are applicable for all return or refund or cancellation requests.

 

What Can I Return and Within How Many Days?

 

  1. You receive a defective or damaged product.
  2. You receive a wrong product or one that is different from what you ordered.

 

If you have any of the above issues with your order, then please raise a query from Contact Us window or mail us at [email protected] with your Order Number within 24 hours of your order delivery date. No requests for returns or replacements shall be entertained under any circumstances except if the goods are received in damaged condition and the videographic evidence of the same is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

We will replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as Store Wallet Credit.  In all such circumstances, before using the product and discarding packaging, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.


What Products are Non Returnable?

  1. Consumable products like food and beverages (except if the goods are damaged by insects or fungus), bath and beauty products
  2. Items that have been used, worn, washed or soiled
  3. Bulky items like home furnishings, statues, metal decor, paintings.
  4. Custom made products.
  5. Electronic Items with seal broken, unless they are defective



To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points:

  • All items to be returned must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
  • In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the item via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well)
  • Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.
