Lavender Essential Oil is also called as ‘Master Oil’. It has two main phytochemicals: linalool and its ester linalyl acetate.

How To Use


STEP 1

It is strongly recommended to dilute it with a carrier oil (any massage oil) before applying on the skin.

STEP 2

For body massage: Mix 1 portion of Lavender oil and 10 portions of carrier oil which could be any cold-pressed oil such as almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil.

STEP 3

For a relaxing bath: Add 10-15 drops of pure lavender oil in your bath water and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating bath.

STEP 4

For Headache: Mix 1 portion of lavender oil and 10 portions of carrier oil and massage on temples, nape of neck and forehead to get relief from headache and for a sound sleep.

STEP 5

In a diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of pure Lavender oil to water.

STEP 6

For Sound Sleep: Apply a few drops of pure Lavender oil to pillow/bedding and bottom of the feet for a restful night's sleep.

STEP 7

For Scalp/Hair Problems: Apply a few drops of pure Lavender oil to spray bottle with water and apply this mixture 30min before washing hair.

STEP 8

For Diabetes: Mix a few drops of Lavender Oil to a carrier oil and apply it topically to your neck and chest or diffuse it at home.
